1. Breathwork Discovery Session 

Get an introductory session with Jen to learn about breathwork and discuss your unique situation, intentions, and desires. Together, we'll craft a plan for the next six sessions.

2. 6 Personalized Breathwork Sessions

Set course on a six-session breath journey intended to deepen your embodiment, initiate transformation, release stuck energy and emotion, and heal.

3. Awaken Your Intuition 

Experience the beautiful unfolding as you untether from the external world, open the portal to your inner wisdom, and allow yourself to be guided toward aligned action.

WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a method where we use continual breath to break down emotions in the body that are stagnant. Through breathwork, we can become deeply connected to our bodies and understand and experience the intelligence contained within our systems. This supports us in connecting to our highest potential and our infinite selves. In a nutshell, breathwork is a way to heal, release, and transform.

 

OKAY, BUT SCIENTIFICALLY SPEAKING…?

Breathwork has many biological benefits, but one of the most important is that we can use it to activate our parasympathetic nervous system, actively moving our bodies out of stress response and into a state of rest and relaxation. This offers a myriad of mental and physical benefits. I am happy to discuss this in depth with you, if you have questions.

 

HOW CAN BREATHWORK SUPPORT ME?

We’re busier than ever and disconnected from our bodies, and because of this, it’s easy for us to become buried in feelings and emotions that we don’t know how to deal with or process. For many of us, the norm is being constantly stressed, anxious, worried, and overwhelmed. Breathwork allows us to be still, be with ourselves, and breathe and feel through our experiences. 

 

WHY DO YOU BELIEVE SO DEEPLY IN THIS WORK?

As a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, my mission is to unlock human potential through the power of breathwork. After experiencing the powerful healing of the breath for myself, I became deeply interested in the work. This led to me becoming one of the hand-selected, extensively trained guides and healers through a six-month program rooted in facilitator embodiment.

I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO BREATHE. WHY WOULD I DO THIS?

We were given the tool of breath since birth, but most people are unaware of how powerful and transformational the breath can be. In meditative breathwork sessions, you get to quiet the chatter of your conscious mind and meet yourself at a deeper level. Held in safety with an expert guide, this can be a transformative practice.

I WORK FULL TIME. CAN I FIT BREATHWORK INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?

Jen will work with you to ensure you can schedule your sessions at times that fit for both of you. It is recommended that you keep your six sessions to a weekly cadence, or at least complete all six sessions within 90 days.
